Justice, Tolerance and Peace-building in Afghanistan is a series of expert discussion hosted by AHRDO's Afghanistan Center for Memory and Dialogue (ACMD) since early 2019. The series invites national and international experts and practitioners to debate and discuss different issues pertaining to Afghanistan's conflict and peace.

In the twentieth session of the series, Farkhondeh Akbari, PhD candidate at the Australian National University and Kobra Moradi, MsC candidate in International Law and Diplomacy at the same university, discuss challenges of Transitional Justice in peace settlements and the lessons that comparative experiences offer for Afghanistan's peace process.
