Between September 2021 and March 2022, over 30 individuals were arrested and interrogated by Taliban forces in the Angoori area of Jaghuri district, Ghazni province. These arrests, often accompanied by torture, were conducted under the pretext of searching for weapons. The Taliban compiled a list of residents and systematically visited them, demanding the surrender of any weapons or it equivalent price. This campaign has created an atmosphere of fear and oppression among the local population.
