Summary of incident

On March 29, 2022, the Taliban confiscated a private car owned by Boman, a resident of Domjoi village in Luman. Following this incident, Haji Hamed, the village elder and representative, was detained by the Taliban for several days. Additionally, Boman himself was reportedly arrested, tortured, and extorted by the Taliban.
