Narrative:
On April 5, 2015, a remote-controlled Improvised Explosive Device (IED) concealed inside a jerrycan (locally known as Oil Boshka) was placed on a road in Farah City, Farah Province. The device detonated when a boy walking to work moved the container. The explosion killed the boy and injured his elder brother.
