On 1 November 2015, a woman was accused of having run away with a security force member in Ghalmin, Ghor Province. She was captured by Taliban insurgents and allegedly sentenced to death by stoning. Ghor police chief Ghulam Mustafa Mohseni said the allegations are baseless and that the woman was taken by a security force member against her will. Police were still trying to find her.
