Narrative:

On March 27, 2015, Taliban forces planted and detonated a Remote-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RC-IED) near the home of a community elder in Shahidi Hassas district of Uruzgan Province. The elder, who was involved in resolving tribal disputes, was killed in the explosion as he returned home. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack through a statement on their website.
