A roadside bomb that had been carried by flash floods exploded when a group of children attempted to move it in Nilam village. One child was killed and seven others were wounded in the explosion. All victims were under the age of 20. The improvised explosive device had been displaced from its original location by flood waters before being discovered by the children.
