The explosion in the Shia mosque in Pul Khumri city, Baghlan Province, north of Kabul, left a number of dead and injured. According to reports, the explosion occurred during Friday prayers in the Imam Zaman Shiite mosque in the second district of Pul Khomri city. Local media quoted witnesses as saying that explosives planted inside the mosque exploded during prayers. Video images after the explosion show that the place of the explosion was apparently in the line of worshipers. This attack was a "suicide" attack and left at least "20 dead and 66 wounded".
