A pressure-plate improvised explosive device emplaced by Taliban forces detonated, impacting a civilian minibus on the road from Daikundi to Ghazni province. Ten civilians were killed, including five men, three women, one girl, and one boy, and nine sustained injuries, including six men, two boys, and one girl. The device was triggered when the public transport vehicle traveled over it.
