On March 13, 2017, a remote-controlled improvised explosive device (RC-IED) detonated at the side of the road as a Roshan telecommunications company bus passed by in Kabul. The explosion killed one woman and injured 23 civilians who were traveling on the private company transport. No group claimed responsibility for this attack targeting civilian workers.
