Summary

On August 2, 2015, an Afghan National Army (ANA) helicopter conducted an airstrike targeting a gathering of Anti-Government Elements in Shakh bazar of Qaysar district, Faryab Province. While the attack killed and injured several fighters, it also resulted in civilian casualties. Two boys were killed and six civilian men were injured in the strike. Additionally, two fuel shops in the bazaar were destroyed in the attack.
