Narrative: On March 15, 2015, members of the Afghan National Army shot and killed a polio vaccination worker in Ghazni City, Ghazni Province. The incident occurred after the victim had left a house where he had been vaccinating children. The Afghan National Army members allegedly mistook the vaccinator for an Anti-Government Element. No Afghan National Army member was held accountable for the incident.
