ISIL-KP fired mortar and rocket rounds towards a crowd of people gathering to commemorate the killing of the Hazara leader of Hezb-e-Wahdat Islami, Abdul Ali Mazari. This resulted in 115 civilian casualties (11 killed and 104 injured). The New York Times reported three civilians killed and 31 others injured.
