Summary of incident

Security forces killed two men who were leaving a meeting in which the Taliban were said to be taking part. The men turned out to be Azizullah Khan, the director of education for the district, and his brother, Pacha Khan. The government launched an investigation to find out that why they were meeting with the Taliban.
