Incident description

On June 27, 2020, an explosion caused by a magnetic mine in Kabul killed 24-year-old Fatima Khalil and her colleague Ahmad Javid Foulad. Mrs. Khalil graduated from the American University of Central Asia and was an employee of the Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission.
