Two children and two members of the security forces were killed, and 12 people were wounded when a Humvee laden with explosives was struck by a rocket before reaching its intended target in Ghazni City. Among the wounded were seven civilians and five security force members. Four suicide attackers inside the explosive-laden Humvee were also killed in the incident. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the vehicle-borne attack that was intercepted by security forces.
