An American airstrike targeted a tent belonging to Kuchi nomads in the Khaki Dag area of Baraki Barak District, where several hundred Kuchi families live. Nine civilians were killed, including four children and three women, and six others were wounded. The aerial bombardment struck the nomadic community's temporary shelter, causing significant casualties among the pastoral families.
