Summary of incident

On July 25, 2015, Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) forces executed ten Taliban fighters using Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) in Achin District of Nangarhar Province. A video documenting the execution was widely circulated on social media platforms beginning on August 10, 2015.
