Narrative:
On April 24, 2015, Anti-Government Elements attacked an Afghanistan National Army (ANA) post with heavy weapons, including mortars, in Alingar District of Laghman Province. The ANA responded with mortar fire, and one of their rounds struck a civilian home. This impact resulted in fifteen civilian casualties: seven people killed, including four children, and eight people injured, including six children.
