Summary

On 28 December 2015, a Taliban suicide attacker detonated a vehicle-borne IED near Maidan Hawae square in Kabul City, Kabul Province, killing one civilian and injuring 32 others, including two women and 19 children. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack on their website, stating that they killed and injured "many foreign invaders" in the attack.
