Incident description

Hasan Qanoni, a young Hazara doctor who was a military doctor in the government of Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai and worked with the National Army, went missing on 28 March 2021 from the city of Herat and his burnt body was found on 30 March 2021 in this city. The terrorist Taliban killed him after a lot of torture and then burned his body.
