Incident description

Hasan Qanoni was a young Hazara doctor. During the government of Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai, he worked with the National Army. On March 28, 2021, he went missing from the city of Herat. Two days later, his burnt body was found in the city. The Taliban tortured and killed him, then burned his body.
