Narrative:
On March 21, 2015, eight individuals were killed in four separate incidents across multiple districts of Kunar Province. The victims included three tribal elders: Shah Jahan, Haji Jan Khan, and Farman Ullah; three school teachers: Khanzdin, Honar, and Manalay; Mullah Imam Mawlawi Fateh Mohammad; and government employee Habiburrahman. The incidents occurred in the districts of Dara-e-Pech, Marawara, Asadabad, and Dangam.
