Summary of incident

On August 18, 2015, Afghan Local Police (ALP) forces fired a mortar in response to an attack by Anti-Government Elements in Pul-i-Alam District of Logar Province. The mortar struck a civilian home, killing three children and injuring three other civilians, including one woman and one girl.
