Narrative:

On March 21, 2015, multiple targeted killings occurred across several districts of Jowzjan Province including Darzab, Mingajek, Shiberghan, and Khanaqa. The victims included Education Department manager Mohammad Ayoub, village leader Hamidullah, the heads of Shura Shayem and Chari Baye, tribal elders Abdurrahim, Khoday Berdi and Abdurraziq, Mullah Imams Mohammad Hashim and Mawlawi Gholam Sakhi, and District Revenue Officer Abdul Shakoor. No group or individuals claimed responsibility for these killings, and no arrests were made in relation to the incidents.
