Narrative:
On November 22, 20124, unidentified gunmen entered a Sufi shrine and lodge (Khanaqah) named as Sayed Padshah A'ghaa shrine in the Nahrin district of Baghlan Province and killed at least ten people. According to local sources, the victims were praying when the gunmen entered the lodge and carried out the attack. While no group claimed responsibility for this specific incident, ISIL-KP (Islamic State Khorasan Province) had claimed responsibility for previous attacks against Sufi communities in Afghanistan.
