According to Khairullah, a local resident of Sayed Abad District, the deceased individuals had been abducted by unknown armed men a week earlier from the "Qala-e-Amir" market in the same area. This incident is part of a broader pattern of violence and disappearances that has been reported since the change in government in Afghanistan.
