Afghan special forces carried out a raid on an NGO clinic that provided basic health services and first aid. Kajaki has been under Taliban control for several years. Staff described the unit as commandos that spoke with a Kandhari accent. The forces tied the hands of the five clinic staff members and questioned them as to the location of the Taliban before departing. A farmer who lived nearby and went ot the clinic in the morning said that soldiers beat the people at the clinic, one had a black eye and others had bruises. The strike force took the doctor in charge to an undisclosed location. According to clinic staff, he has not been released and his whereabouts remain unknown.
