Narrative:
On January 9, 2015, an incident occurred in the Sangin District of Helmand Province, Afghanistan, involving a member of the Afghan Local Police and a truck driver. The police officer requested a ride from the truck driver, who refused. In response to this refusal, the police officer opened fire on the truck. The shooting resulted in injuries to the truck driver and the death of his three-year-old son who was with him at the time.
