Summary of incident

On November 10, 2018, an explosion inside the district governor's office in Kohsan district killed five security forces and two civilians, including the district governor himself. The blast occurred when the governor's bodyguards mistakenly fired a rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) inside the building.
