Summary of incident

A Taliban suicide bomber detonated outside the Ministry of Defense in Kabul City, killing 22 civilians and wounding 38 others. The bombing occurred an hour after another suicide bomber exploded in Parwan Province, where President Ashraf Ghani was visiting. The coordinated attacks targeted government facilities and resulted in significant civilian casualties in the capital.
