Summary of incident

On July 15, 2015, Anti-Government Elements detonated a remote-controlled Improvised Explosive Device (IED) attached to a motorbike in Maymana, Faryab Province. The attack targeted an Afghan National Police vehicle. The explosion resulted in injuries to twenty-three civilians, including one boy and one girl.
