Narrative:
On March 21, 2015, three government-affiliated individuals were assassinated in Garmsir district of Helmand Province. The victims were Garmsir district governor Haji Mohammad Anwar, tribal elder Abdul Wali, and municipality employee Mohammad Nazir. At the time of the incident, the Taliban were conducting anti-government operations in the area, targeting government-affiliated individuals and organizations.
