Narrative:

On January 20, 2015, a passenger minivan, locally known as a "Flying Couch" car, struck a roadside mine in the Wacha Kala area between Gaylan and Jaghori Districts of Ghazni Province, Afghanistan. The explosion resulted in the deaths of eight civilians, including three women, three children, and two men. The mine was reportedly planted by armed insurgents. No group claimed responsibility for the incident. At the time, the Taliban was the principal group operating an anti-government insurgency in the area.
