A bombing in Kabul injured a minimum of nine civilians. This incident marks the first notable act of violence during the weeklong period of Reduction in Violence agreed upon by U.S.-backed Afghan security forces and Taliban.
According to the Afghan Interior Ministry, the improvised explosive device was concealed within a motorcycle. Among the casualties, there was a woman. No group took responsibility for the attack.
