Summary of incident

An 8-year-old child was killed and one civilian was wounded when a roadside bomb exploded near a group of people in Abku Ziarat village. Four pro-government militia members were also wounded in the same explosion. The improvised explosive device detonated among the mixed group of civilians and militia personnel.
