In December 2021, Ishaq Ali, a resident of Siah Buta Sangamasheh village, was arrested by the Taliban for selling bread to former military (Now disbanded) personnel. Ishaq Ali, who owned a bakery in Sangamasheh Bazar, was detained by Mullah Pirouz, the former Taliban Security commander in Jaghori district. During his three-day detention, Ishaq Ali was tortured and beaten and tortured. He was eventually released after paying a ransom of 90,000 Afghanis.
