Narrative: On March 16, 2015, a roadside mine exploded in the Andar district of Ghazni Province, striking a car carrying a family returning home from the hospital after the birth of their child. The explosion killed two civilians and injured five others, including women and children. While no group claimed responsibility for the incident, the Taliban were operating as the main insurgency group in the area at that time.
