In Hamal of the Afghanistan Solar year (March-April 2022), Shaukat Ali, a former soldier of the Afghan security and defense forces during the Republic, was arrested by Maulvi Moaz, the Taliban security commander in Jaghouri district, Ghazni province. Shaukat Ali, a resident of Almaytu village, was detained for three days and nights, during which he was tortured. He was eventually released in exchange for 350,000 Pakistani rupees.
