Ten civilians were killed and five others were wounded in an airstrike in Gajki village of Pusht Rod District. The group was sitting close to a mosque when they were targeted, and while it was unclear whether the airstrike was carried out by American or Afghan air power, authorities promised they would investigate the incident. The aerial bombardment struck civilians gathered near the religious facility.
