Summary of incident

On April 24, 2015, two boys who were tending cattle in Hazrati Sultan District of Samangan Province discovered an Explosive Remnant of War (ERW). The boys placed the explosive device into a fire, causing it to detonate. Both boys were killed in the explosion.
