Narrative: On February 10, 2015, a magnetic bomb exploded in the car of Ms. Angeza Shinwari, a Member of the Nangarhar Provincial Council, in Jalalabad City, Nangarhar Province. The explosion resulted in the immediate death of one civilian, who was the driver of the vehicle. Additionally, five children and Ms. Shinwari herself were injured in the attack. Ms. Shinwari was severely injured and subsequently transported to Sardar Dawood Khan Hospital in Kabul for treatment. She succumbed to her injuries on February 16, 2015. At the time of the incident, various anti-government armed groups were operating in Nangarhar Province, including the Taliban, ISIL-KP, and some tribal militia. However, no specific group claimed responsibility for this attack.
