Summary of incident

On September 18, 2017, at around 4:00 PM, a roadside bomb exploded in Haji village of Daman district, killing six civilians. The hidden explosive device detonated as a civilian truck loaded with flour was traveling to Kandahar city. All six individuals aboard the truck were killed in the blast. Militant groups were suspected of planting the explosive device, though no group claimed responsibility.
