Narrative:

On April 21, 2015, Afghan Local Police (ALP) members fired rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs) during a ground engagement with Anti-Government Elements in Chaparhar District, Nangarhar Province. Two RPG rounds struck a civilian residence, killing one boy and one girl and injuring one boy and one girl.
