Summary of incident

On April 29, 2015, an Afghan National Army (ANA) helicopter conducted an attack targeting Taliban fighters in the Gortepa area of Kunduz City. The operation resulted in injuries to four civilians, including one woman and a 10-year-old boy. Government officials reported that the operation also killed and injured Taliban fighters.
