Summary of incident

An investigation by Amnesty International confirmed that 13 ethnic Hazaras, including nine surrendering former government soldiers and a 17-year-old girl, were summarily executed by Taliban forces in the central province of Daikundi, Afghanistan. The killing occurred in the village of Kahor, Khidir district, on August 30, 2021.
