Summary of incident

A suicide attacker on foot targeted a police vehicle in the Sixth Police District of Jalalabad City. Twelve people were wounded in the attack, including three children, three police officers, and six additional civilians. The suicide bomber approached the target area on foot before detonating the explosive device.
