Narrative:
On February 16, 2015, an unidentified armed group abducted a driver from Shebkoh district in Farah Province, Afghanistan. The abductors demanded a ransom for the driver's release. After the ransom payment failed to materialize, local villagers discovered the driver's remains in Qala-e-Kah District, Farah Province, on March 16, 2015. At the time of the incident, there was no clear evidence to attribute responsibility to either the Taliban or any local criminal organization.
